②運用年限在十年以上時宜選用鋁單板。鋁單板強度好，耐腐蝕性強，在工廠加工能保證質量。由于施工現場所要鋁單板是在工廠加工成制品，直接裝置即可，所以規劃人員在做鋁單板加工圖時需注明鋁單板的原料、厚度、固定耳板標準和加工尺度及分布距離、加工誤差要求、加強肋的標準和分布距離等。

需要留意的是耳板靠近龍骨一側的固定孔的加工尺度要考慮熱脹冷縮，一般在耳板上開長圓孔，固定螺釘時要盡量將螺釘固定在長圓孔的中部，這樣即方便裝置又可有伸縮性，一起要留意板四周的耳板要錯位固定，否則在裝置時可能“打架”鋁單板外表宜選用氟碳噴涂(氟碳樹脂的各項性能都較其他處理方法優勝)，盡量避免選用輥涂方法(有的加工廠的輥涂產品有方向性，影響外觀作用)?，F在有許多建筑選用穿孔鋁單板以豐厚作用，如果穿孔鋁單板后邊沒有防水隔離層，那就可在實體墻外外表做防水層或作雙層幕墻或直接在穿孔鋁單板背面做防水隔離層，然后再規劃穿孔鋁單板。鋁單板的孔洞尺度必須大于板厚(工藝要求)，孔距離及尺度要依據原料的強度要求(純鋁單板較合金鋁單板強度低)，一起考慮加強肋的裝置，避免影響外視作用。合理的規劃是先做樣板，通過遠觀和近看確定孔尺度及距離。

Reasonable planning is to make a model first, and determine the hole size and distance through the long-term and near-term view.
