①運用年限在十年內(nèi)時宜選用鋁塑板，原因是現(xiàn)在的鋁塑板良莠不齊，濫竽充數(shù)，加之考慮施工時需現(xiàn)場加工，表里外表的鋁箔只要0.5mm許多廠家的鋁塑板是選用輥涂工藝進行外表處理的，外表有必定的紋路，因而規(guī)劃人員在進行資料運用率優(yōu)化時要留意不可將板面反正亂放，影響作用依照標準要求，鋁塑板的邊部需加強，可選用鋁方管或角鋁等固定，粘接膠宜選用中性硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)膠當鋁塑板裝置部位在建筑物的防火區(qū)間或靠近該區(qū)時，應(yīng)選用防火型鋁塑板當鋁塑板規(guī)劃尺度較大時，需進行加強肋的結(jié)構(gòu)計算以確定肋的標準和分布距離固定鋁塑板和龍骨的耳板多選用角鋁，角鋁的長度不宜小于50mm，角鋁在龍骨一邊上宜開長孔，保證板面的熱脹冷縮。規(guī)劃人員還需留意不要在易破壞部位運用鋁塑板，否則需在背面做加固處理。

The long holes of angular aluminium should be opened on the side of keel to ensure the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the board surface. Planners also need to be careful not to use aluminium-plastic sheets in vulnerable areas, otherwise they need to do reinforcement treatment on the back.
②運用年限在十年以上時宜選用鋁單板。鋁單板強度好，耐腐蝕性強，在工廠加工能保證質(zhì)量。由于施工現(xiàn)場所要鋁單板是在工廠加工成制品，直接裝置即可，所以規(guī)劃人員在做鋁單板加工圖時需注明鋁單板的原料、厚度、固定耳板標準和加工尺度及分布距離、加工誤差要求、加強肋的標準和分布距離等。

需要留意的是耳板靠近龍骨一側(cè)的固定孔的加工尺度要考慮熱脹冷縮，一般在耳板上開長圓孔，固定螺釘時要盡量將螺釘固定在長圓孔的中部，這樣即方便裝置又可有伸縮性，一起要留意板四周的耳板要錯位固定，否則在裝置時可能“打架”鋁單板外表宜選用氟碳噴涂(氟碳樹脂的各項性能都較其他處理方法優(yōu)勝)，盡量避免選用輥涂方法(有的加工廠的輥涂產(chǎn)品有方向性，影響外觀作用)。現(xiàn)在有許多建筑選用穿孔鋁單板以豐厚作用，如果穿孔鋁單板后邊沒有防水隔離層，那就可在實體墻外外表做防水層或作雙層幕墻或直接在穿孔鋁單板背面做防水隔離層，然后再規(guī)劃穿孔鋁單板。鋁單板的孔洞尺度必須大于板厚(工藝要求)，孔距離及尺度要依據(jù)原料的強度要求(純鋁單板較合金鋁單板強度低)，一起考慮加強肋的裝置，避免影響外視作用。合理的規(guī)劃是先做樣板，通過遠觀和近看確定孔尺度及距離。

The hole size of aluminum veneer must be larger than the thickness of the plate (process requirements). The hole distance and size should be based on the strength requirements of raw materials (pure aluminum veneer is lower than alloy aluminum veneer). The device of strengthening ribs should be considered together to avoid affecting the external effect. Reasonable planning is to make a model first, and determine the hole size and distance through the long-term and near-term view.
