1、膜厚不夠：處理的方法是查驗(yàn)陽(yáng)端氧化工藝是不是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，看溫度，工作電壓，導(dǎo)電性等要素是不是平穩(wěn)，若有出現(xiàn)異常，請(qǐng)相對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之，如果沒有出現(xiàn)異常，可適度增加空氣氧化時(shí)間，確保膜厚合格。
1. Insufficient film thickness: the treatment method is to check whether the oxidation process at the positive end is standard and whether the temperature, working voltage, conductivity and other factors are stable. If there is any abnormality, please adjust the standard relatively. If there is no abnormality, the air oxidation time can be increased appropriately to ensure that the film thickness is qualified.
2、染液ph值太高：這時(shí)，能用冰醋酸將ph值調(diào)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。

3、空氣氧化后鋼件在不銹鋼水槽中置放時(shí)間長(zhǎng)時(shí)間：倡導(dǎo)立即染色劑，假如這種情況早已產(chǎn)生，可將鋼件放到陽(yáng)端處理槽中或氰化鈉中合槽中適度解決后再開展染色劑，實(shí)際效果會(huì)非常好。

4、采用染劑已溶解或發(fā)霉：這時(shí)需拆換染劑，采用適合染劑。

5、空氣氧化溫度過低，造成皮膜高密度：可適度提升空氣氧化溫度。

6、導(dǎo)電性欠佳：將會(huì)陽(yáng)端銅桿或負(fù)端鉛板松動(dòng)圖示大批量導(dǎo)電性欠佳。留意清理陽(yáng)端銅桿及負(fù)端鉛板，確保導(dǎo)電性。
6. Poor conductivity: the copper rod at the positive end or the lead plate at the negative end will be loose. As shown in the figure, the conductivity of a large number is poor.
