1、定位:按花紋鋁板需要裁切尺寸，調(diào)整好定位裝置，合理確定各邊修邊量。

2、裁切:先將花紋鋁板置于縱切機(jī)上裁切長(zhǎng)邊，然后再進(jìn)入橫切裁切短邊。
2. Cutting: first place the figured aluminum plate on the slitter to cut the long side, then enter the cross cutting to cut the short side.
3、清掃:裁切完畢后，操作員用毛刷將板面清掃干凈，花紋鋁板堆放整齊。

4、送到發(fā)運(yùn)處:用叉車將花紋鋁板送到了至發(fā)運(yùn)處，進(jìn)行印字包裝。

5、貼標(biāo)識(shí):按工藝要求在成品板右下角粘貼產(chǎn)品合格證，品質(zhì)保證和產(chǎn)品色標(biāo)等標(biāo)識(shí)。
5. Labeling: according to the process requirements, the product certificate, quality assurance, product color code and other identifications shall be pasted at the lower right corner of the finished board.
6、入庫(kù):用叉車將成品板送入指定位置，并填寫產(chǎn)品入庫(kù)登記卡。
