3、鋁板開槽:用開槽機或鑼機開槽時,應使用半圓頭式大于90度的銑刀.下刀既不要過深傷及鋁板,也不要過淺使折邊困難,應留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材連同鋁板一起彎邊,以增加強度和韌性,否則在彎邊時鋁板可能斷裂或漆膜爆裂。

The lower cutter should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make it difficult to fold. 4、鋁板彎邊:彎邊時需用力均勻,一次成型,不要反復彎折,否則鋁板可能斷裂。

6、鋁板批次:同一型號而不同批次的板材可能存在色差,出售和使用不同批次板材時應增加比對色差之程序，我們公司主要經營合金鋁板、鋁花紋板等，無視覺色差時方可在同一平面使用。

7、鋁板安裝方向:將同色鋁板安裝在同一平面時,流程方向應一致,否則可能造視覺色差。

8、鋁板撕膜:應在鋁板安裝后的45天內撕去保護膜,否則可能發生撕膜困難或移膠現象。
