一般帶卷涂層的生產(chǎn)工藝有5個(gè)步驟，即帶卷輸入、清洗與化學(xué)處理、涂漆、固化和成品輸出。不同情況的工藝布置和設(shè)備組成有所差別，但基本部分是相同的。

The production process of coil coating generally consists of five steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing, and finished product output. The process layout and equipment composition vary in different situations, but the basic parts are the same.

一、原料卷輸入，是開卷機(jī)連續(xù)開卷保證帶卷連續(xù)穩(wěn)定輸入生產(chǎn)線，有的采取十字轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)梁式載卷機(jī)，也有采取雙臺(tái)前后設(shè)置交替開卷機(jī)，總之是為了及時(shí)供卷;

1、 The input of raw material coils is achieved through continuous uncoiling by the uncoiler to ensure continuous and stable input of the coil into the production line. Some adopt a cross rotating beam type coil loading machine, while others adopt two sets of alternating uncoilers in front and back settings, in order to provide timely coil supply;

二、表面清洗和化學(xué)處理，是使鋁卷上下表面必須清洗干凈，進(jìn)行化學(xué)預(yù)處理，為了保證油漆能夠牢固附著;

2、 Surface cleaning and chemical treatment ensure that the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum coil must be cleaned thoroughly and undergo chemical pre-treatment to ensure that the paint can adhere firmly;

三、是涂漆，一條生產(chǎn)線至少有兩個(gè)以上輥涂機(jī)，保證面漆和底漆兩層涂色;

3、 It is painting, and a production line should have at least two or more roller coating machines to ensure that the top coat and primer are coated with two layers of color;

四、是漆層固化，指的是剛進(jìn)行涂漆的帶卷要在接觸下一個(gè)輥面之前完成固話，避免互相粘連和破壞，一般來講，至少包含兩個(gè)固化箱;

4、 It refers to the curing of the paint layer, which means that the newly painted coil needs to be fixed before touching the next roller surface to avoid mutual adhesion and damage. Generally speaking, it includes at least two curing boxes;

五、是成品輸出，保證生產(chǎn)線速度與成品卷轉(zhuǎn)移同步。

5、 It is the output of finished products, ensuring that the production line speed is synchronized with the transfer of finished rolls.
