1、貯存:應(yīng)將防銹鋁板存放于干燥通風(fēng)處,且平放在平整的表面上,切勿踩踏、撞擊。

2、搬運(yùn):搬運(yùn)板材應(yīng)將板的四邊同時(shí)抬起,嚴(yán)禁推拉、抽取,以免刮傷板面。

3、開(kāi)槽:用開(kāi)槽機(jī)或鑼機(jī)開(kāi)槽時(shí),應(yīng)使用半圓頭式大于90度的銑刀.下刀既不要過(guò)深傷及防銹鋁板,也不要過(guò)淺使折邊困難,應(yīng)留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材連同鋁板一起彎邊,以增加強(qiáng)度和韌性,否則在彎邊時(shí)鋁板可能斷裂或漆膜爆裂。

4、彎邊:彎邊時(shí)需用力均勻,一次成型,不要反復(fù)彎折,否則防銹鋁板可能斷裂。

5、弧形加工:加工弧形應(yīng)使用專用彎曲設(shè)備加工,徐徐用力,使板材逐步達(dá)到所需的曲面.切勿一次彎曲成型。

6、批次:同一型號(hào)而不同批次的板材可能存在色差,不同色差的防銹鋁板價(jià)格可能不同，出售和使用不同批次板材時(shí)應(yīng)增加比對(duì)色差之程序，無(wú)視覺(jué)色差時(shí)方可在同一平面使用。

7、安裝方向:將同色鋁板安裝在同一平面時(shí),流程方向應(yīng)一致,否則可能造視覺(jué)色差。

8、撕膜:應(yīng)在防銹鋁板安裝后的45天內(nèi)撕去保護(hù)膜,否則可能發(fā)生撕膜困難或移膠現(xiàn)象。
8, tear film: the protective film should be tore out within 45 days after the installation of antirust aluminum plate, otherwise it may be difficult to tear film or remove glue.
9、使用條件:內(nèi)墻板應(yīng)在室內(nèi)使用,不宜安裝在室外,以保證使用效果和使用年限。
