　　Therefore, the coating process is very strict. With the continuous improvement of coating equipment and the development and utilization of new coatings, the production of coated aluminum coils has become more mature, and processing costs are also decreasing. Coated aluminum coils have therefore experienced rapid development.

　　那么涂層鋁卷的具體工藝是怎樣的呢 一般帶卷涂層的生產工藝有5個步驟，即帶卷輸入、清洗與化學處理、涂漆、固化和成品輸出。不同情況的工藝布置和設備組成有所差別，但基本部分是相同的。

　　So what is the specific process of coating aluminum coils? Generally, the production process of coil coating has 5 steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing, and finished product output. The process layout and equipment composition may vary in different situations, but the basic parts are the same.

　　一、原料卷輸入，是開卷機連續開卷保證帶卷連續穩定輸入生產線，有的采取十字轉動梁式載卷機，也有采取雙臺前后設置交替開卷機，總之是為了及時供卷;

　　1、 Raw material roll input refers to the continuous unwinding of the coil by the unwinding machine to ensure the continuous and stable input of the coil into the production line. Some adopt a cross rotating beam type winding machine, while others adopt a dual front and rear alternating unwinding machine, in order to supply the coil in a timely manner;

　　二、表面清洗和化學處理，是使鋁卷上下表面必須清洗干凈，進行化學預處理，為了保證油漆能夠牢固附著;

　　2、 Surface cleaning and chemical treatment are necessary to clean the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum coil and perform chemical pretreatment to ensure that the paint can adhere firmly;

　　三、是涂漆，一條生產線至少有兩個以上輥涂機，保證面漆和底漆兩層涂色;

　　3、 It is painting, and a production line should have at least two or more roller coating machines to ensure that the topcoat and primer are painted in two layers;

　　四、是漆層固化，指的是剛進行涂漆的帶卷要在接觸下一個輥面之前完成固話，避免互相粘連和破壞，一般來講，至少包含兩個固化箱;

　　4、 It refers to the curing of the paint layer, which means that the tape roll that has just been painted should be fixed before contacting the next roller surface to avoid mutual adhesion and damage. Generally speaking, it includes at least two curing boxes;

　　五、是成品輸出，保證生產線速度與成品卷轉移同步。

　　5、 It is the output of finished products, ensuring that the production line speed is synchronized with the transfer of finished rolls.
